What’s up guys! I’ve been getting a lot of requests for a TOUGH, no-equipment, home six pack workout. Well, here it is. These are 5 of my absolute favourite, body weight core exercises (they’re the exercises I actually use for my own core training). This workout routine is perfect for burning that last bit of fat from your belly to show that 6 pack.
I recommend you run through this routine one exercise at a time. I personally like to perform 1 set, rest 20-30 seconds and then begin my next set. This form of training is not only great for breaking down your abdominal muscles, but it also demands a little bit more out of your cardiovascular system- which is PERFECT for burning a little bit more fat.
Here’s the complete program:
Crunches: 3 sets, 15 reps
Reverse Crunches: 3 sets, 15 reps
Lying Toe Touches: 3 sets, 15 reps
Elbow to Knee Sit-Ups: 3 sets, 15 reps
Regular + Reverse Crunches: 3 sets, 15 reps
